Terms
Creekview describes what official documents say. It is not legal advice and not an official communication. Where this site and an official notification disagree, the notification is correct. Check the official source before you act on anything here.
Plain terms for using this site. Short, because there is not much to say.
This is information, not advice
Creekview describes what official documents say. It is not legal advice, not career advice, and not an official communication from any government body.
Decisions about your application, your certificates and your candidature are yours, and they should be made against the official notification and the recruiting body’s own instructions. Where this site and an official document disagree, the official document is correct.
Accuracy and change
Every effort is made to keep the facts here correct and current, and every guide records the date its sources were last read. Even so, rules in this area change on a cycle, and a page can go out of date between one reading and the next.
Nothing here is warranted to be current at the moment you read it. Check the official source before you act — every guide links to it for exactly this reason.
Liability
This site is provided as is. It accepts no liability for any loss arising from acting on information found here, including a missed deadline, a rejected application, or a fee paid.
That is the standard limitation and it is also a fair description of reality: a website cannot stand behind your application, and any site that implies otherwise is overselling itself.
External links
Guides link out to government sites and other external pages. Those sites are not controlled by Creekview and their content is their own. A link is not an endorsement, though in the case of official sources it is close to one — the whole point is to send you to the authority rather than a copy of it.
Copyright
Text and images on this site are the work of Creekview unless stated otherwise. Quoting a passage with a link back is fine. Republishing a guide in full is not.
Government notifications, Office Memoranda and Gazette notifications quoted here are the property of the issuing body and are reproduced only as short quotations for explanation, with the source named.
Changes to these terms
If these terms change, the revised version replaces this one on this page. Material changes will also be noted on the corrections page.
